New replacement conversion PTO shaft assembly that converts 1-1/8" shaft to standard size 1-3/8" shaft on Ford tractor models. Replaces 1-3/8 shaft on 601, 801, 2000, 4000 4cyl models 1958 to 1964. Assembly is ready to install by removing 4 bolts from cover, and removing and installing complete unit. Includes pto shaft, seal, bearing, housing and retainer ring.
